4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Clients are encouraged to review it before requesting a refund.
5. Intellectual Property
- All code, software, and deliverables created by PrimeSoft Technologies LLC remain our property until full payment is received.
- Upon payment completion, ownership of the final deliverables will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
6. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared during the course of a project will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
- PrimeSoft Technologies LLC will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- While we take reasonable steps to ensure security and accuracy, we do not guarantee that our services will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Modifications to Terms
PrimeSoft Technologies LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in California.
